Continuous Improvement Automation Business Partner
in the Continuous Improvement team to focus on creating efficiencies through the automation of key system checks and updates within our customer experience operations. You will play a crucial part in streamlining processes and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients. You support the Continuous Improvement team on automating reports but even more the various Customer Experience teams supporting both Ocean and Supply Chain Management business. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the customer experience team to identify opportunities for automation in system checks and updates. Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to optimize processes and reduce manual intervention. Create scripts, workflows, and tools to automate routine tasks, data analysis, and reporting. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions into existing systems and workflows. Provide training and support to team members on utilizing automated tools effectively. Able to keep a balance between existing systems Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automation technologies. Who we are looking for someone with: Continuous improvement mindset & Project Management skills. Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Por similar. Knowledge of transport and logistics. Knowledge of database systems and SQL for data manipulation and extraction. Hands-on experience with automation tools and platforms (MS Power Apps power automate, Flow, AI). Familiarity with APIs, JSON, macros and web services. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Understanding E2E Business Landscape and Operational Excellence / Lean experience is beneficial. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
