Our client is a strong player in warehouse management systems, we are looking for someone to start the story in Belgium! With the solid reputation they have build in Western & Northern Europe, they opened the doors to extend their partnerships in Belgium. The company has developed a state of the art WMS that they implement for companies in different industries.

The first focus (for the company) will be to explore the Flanders area, and later to develop the Brussels and Walloon region.

The company is looking for someone ideally located in the greater Antwerp area, who is open to work partly remote and partly on site at clients in the Antwerp and surrounding provinces.

The WMS Specialist will be working on warehouse management system implementation projects and to be:

• Investigating and analyzing customer logistics and warehouse processes
• Identifying gaps in processes and procedures
• Designing and documenting solutions
• Setting up and configuring warehouse management systems
• Conducting internal system testing and verifying customer solutions
• Integrating designs with other systems and solutions
• Developing warehouse automation solutions
• Preparing for and supporting system go-live

The WMS Specialist has:

• A degree in Logistics/Warehouse/Supply Chain with an interest in IT, or a degree in IT and high interest in supply chain business processes
• Experience in systems and solutions implementation for the supply chain area, preferably regarding WMS
• An analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Great communication skills and fluent in English and in Dutch and/or French
• A creating customer value mindset in everything you do
