Sales Manager - Logistic Health - Belgium - NL/FR


This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets, within the logistic and pharmaceutical industry.

Established with a mission to provide reliable, efficient, and customer-centric delivery services, our client has grown to become a key player in the logistics industry within Belgium and beyond.

  1. Domestic and International Parcel Delivery : Fast and reliable parcel delivery services within Belgium and to international destinations.

  2. E-commerce Logistics : Comprehensive solutions for online retailers, including warehousing, order fulfilment, and last-mile delivery

  3. Business Solutions : Custom logistics solutions for businesses of all sizes, from SMEs to large corporations

  4. Cold Chain Logistics : Specialised logistics services for temperature-sensitive goods, ensuring compliance with industry standards for pharmaceuticals, food, and other perishable items

  5. Reverse Logistics : Efficient management of returns and exchanges, providing a hassle-free experience for both businesses and their customers


The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Identify and target potential clients within the pharmaceutical industry, including manufacturers, distributors, and retailers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organisations
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to secure new business opportunities


The successful candidate will have the following profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the logistics sector, with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities
