The Deutsche Bundesbank is undergoing a pioneering digital transformation process. To provide our specialist departments with the best possible support, we are building a dedicated team of specialists in the field of process management. As a member of one of our three newly formed units, you will contribute to the simplification and digitalization of processes, which are analyzed, optimized and digitally implemented together with the specialist departments.   • You are our expert for business analysis, process architecture or process optimization.
  • You are responsible for the methods and standards for process management and process architecture, drive their continuous improvement and evaluate products and tools.
  • You will also advise and support the specialist departments in the analysis, redesign and integration of processes.
  • You will promote process management expertise throughout the organization through targeted training and networking.
  • At network meetings with other institutions, you will follow the latest trends and represent the Deutsche Bundesbank.

Special values: Your qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent in a subject relevant to the area of responsibility (e.g. business informatics, industrial engineering, economics)
  • Very good knowledge and several years of experience in project and process management with a focus on process optimization, business analysis or enterprise and process architecture
  • Strong expertise in current digitization technologies (especially RPA and workflow engines etc.)
  • Good knowledge and experience with process management tools and engines (e.g. BIC from GBTec, Signavio, ARIS) and ideally their linking with EA repositories
  • Good knowledge of agile methods and experience with transformation and change processes
  • Analytical and conceptual skills as well as an independent and team-oriented way of working
  • Confident appearance, negotiating skills as well as moderation and presentation skills
  • Very good communication skills in German and English
