Project Engineer

Role Objectives

In support of the Engineering team, we are looking for a Project Engineer to support Unit Dosing projects. He/she ensures the continuous improvement of production tools to bring ongoing technical and organizational improvements to workstations. They also train staff in the use of newly installed means.


  • You study and design new equipment layouts and workstation ergonomics in production.
  • You study the feasibility of new concepts requested by marketing and their alignment with production means to meet new production requirements.
  • You study, develop, and implement new formats and machine tools related to the implementation of new products.
  • You are responsible for the installation planning and the successful startup of installations (new equipment, new formats, new tools).
  • Based on requirements, you develop the specifications for new equipment, participate in the selection of suppliers, and oversee the construction of the equipment (FAT, SAT, etc.) until its implementation and startup on-site.
  • You must be able to identify the list of needs in advance (time required for installation, machine downtime, operational support, etc.).
  • You rely on action plans for improvement, ramp-ups, and compliance.
  • Together with the technical and production teams, you optimize production processes and reduce costs.
  • You provide support for team training.
  • In a continuous improvement approach, you participate in working groups to improve productivity.
  • Your main results are based on various productivity factors (reducing format change time, quality rates, machine/men alignment, etc.).
  • You stay updated on new production concepts and trends.

Skills and Education We Are Looking For

  • You hold a Master's degree in engineering or equivalent and have some initial experience.
