Functie

• Lead & supervise a team of IT professionals located in Belgium, France and Romania.
• Plan, prioritize and delegate tasks and projects, ensuring alignment with objectives & timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, focusing on a collaboration & performance driven environment.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team.
• Collaborate with other IT Teams & internal departments to ensure a seamless integration & interoperability of systems & infrastructure.
• Develop & maintain policies, procedures and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements & best practices.
• Lead & participate in the design, implementation & maintenance of IT infrastructure (projects), mainly upgrades, migrations and mergers & acquisitions.
• Perform performance evaluations, provide feedback & ensure that training & developments goals are met.
• Establish and maintain KPI's, SLA's and other quality metrics.
• Stay informed on technologies, trends & best practices around IT Infrastructure, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Jouw profiel

• You have over 3 years of experience in a leadership role within IT Infrastructure, preferably in a multinational or panEuropean organization.
• Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure technologies, including but not limited to network infrastructure, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud computing.
• You have proven technical experience managing complex projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality & meeting deadlines.
• You have general knowledge of business theory, processes, management and budgeting.
• The ability to translate the organisations goals & objectives into technology requirements.
• You are a team player that is willing to assist others to achieve a common goal.
• You like to work in a result oriented, nononsense environment.
• You have a good understanding of ITIL.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, proficiency in French is a plus.
• You are prepared to travel to different sites if required.

• Basisonderhoud van de apparatuur, informatiesystemen en -overdragers uitvoeren
• Elektromagnetische of geluidssignalen lokaliseren en analyseren
• Communicatie en uitgezonden informatie bewaken en analyseren
• Toezicht houden op de prestatie, de capaciteit en de kwaliteit van het netwerk
  De apparatuur, informatiesystemen en -overdragers aanpassen
• Apparatuur, informatiesystemen en -overdragers voorbereiden of monteren (conditionering, logistiek, ...)
• De toepassing van veiligheidsregels controleren
  De beveiliging van materieel en kritische punten controleren
• Zones inrichten
  Gevechts-, verdedigings- en beschermingsmaterieel en -systemen opstellen
• Verzamelde informatie controleren en verwerken of doorsturen
• De teamleden, gezagvoerder, bevoegde instanties, ... informeren over de interventies en de evolutie van de situatie
• De werking van de apparatuur, informatiesystemen en -overdragers controleren
